Maitre D

Upon arrival, your guests will be greeted by your personal reception coordinator. He or she will welcome your guests to the cocktail area for a formal reception of cocktails and hors d’ oeuvres. Your coordinator will also direct seating arrangements and the events of the evening.

Four Hour Open Bar

Open Bar Includes the following liquors, beer and wines:
Liquor: Absolute, Stoli & Smirnoff Vodka, Beef Eater Gin, Seagram’s 7, Seagrams VO, Dewar’s Scotch, Jack Daniels, Captain Morgan’s Rum, Bacardi Rum, Malibu Rum, Cuervo Tequila, Peachtree Schnapps, and Amaretto.

An assortment of gourmet, spirited coffee’s prepared to order and garnished by our attendant.

  • Cafe Italiano – The licorice flavor of Sambuca makes this drink a Chateau favorite.
  • Cafe Parisienne – A superb blend of Grand Marnier and Cognac whisk you away to a corner café.
  • Cafe Ole – The right touch of Kahlua adds the spark to this after dinner drink.
  • Einsteiner Hollandaise – A true Dutch treat! Coffee laced with German Cognac and Vandermint.
  • Irish Coffee – Our special blend of coffee, Irish Whiskey and Crème de Cacao are topped with whipped cream and green Crème de Menthe.

Linens

Floor length ivory or white table linens and napkins in your choice of available colors are included in your reception package. Upgraded linens and chair covers are available upon request at an additional charge.

Coat Check

Our Coatroom and attendant are available from October through April at the rate of $ 1.00 per guest.

Menu Tastings

Menu tastings are available for $ 10.00 pp and can be arranged through the Sales Manager or your event coordinator.

Booking Requirements

A $ 1500.00 advance, non-refundable deposit and signed contract must be received by Chateau Granieri to secure your wedding reception date.

Fifty percent (50%) of the estimated balance will be due six months prior to your event date. The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to your event, along with your final guest count. Final payment must be received in the form of a cashier’s check or money order. In the event of a cancellation, all advance payments are non-refundable.

 Main Ballroom requires a minimum guaranteed guest count of 150 guests. Crystal Ballroom requires a minimum guaranteed guest count of 80 guests.

 *Upgraded Liquors on Open Bar – in addition to our standard bar package $ 5.95 pp

Absolute Vodka, Ketel One, Crown Royal, Sambuca, Bailey’s Irish Crème, Amaretto di Sarrono, Tanquerey Gin.

Any additional Liquors are considered an upgrade and would be charged the $ 5.95 additional per person.

 * Additional Beer Selections are available and may replace our standard beers. There is a $50.00 Service Charge per domestic beer and $75.00 Service Charge per imported beer.
